Darragh – I’ve always suspected that they have a fairly hefty bundle of stock responses, rather like the literary equivalent of a soundboard, but even still, the difference in tone and patience between the operator this time and the first time I spoke to him (their name comes up so I know it’s him) is remarkable. I’ll email the copies to you.
