		<description>What bothers me the most,  is that thus far the information that we get seems to be mostly &quot;Google-initiated&quot;. Google is behaving like a little kid.  Think about it, what does Google expect Chinese government to do? 

The move-out of China signals to the international community that Chinese is &quot;not ready for business&quot;. The move very much makes China goes backward 20 years, despite all the recent rising profile in international scene.
